The headquarters of Clikyz.Com are part of a private recording studio owned by Hammy Havoc in Hoylake, UK. All products are made in the UK.[1] Aimed primarily at fashion forward 18-35 year old men and women, Clikyz.Com attracts an average of 80,000 unique visits per month.

On March 14th 2011 Clikyz.Com was relaunched as a dedicated clothing store.

History

edit

The company was founded in 2008 by Hammy Havoc and Anna Lowe originally as a dedicated social network which combined the developer API of the most popular social networks into one pace. Clikyz.Com amassed over 20,000 users in it's first month, the social network went on to amass over 50,000 several days after that. [2] The resources necessary for this mean that an online store was gradually introduced which sold products the administration team had designed. Before long, people were registering on the social network just to buy from the store and Clikyz.Com began to move away from the social network aspect which was shut down in early 2008 with hopes of re-opening at a later date when the online store was more established and more servers could be purchased. Clikyz.Com aimed to promote undiscovered illustrators and non-mainstream music artists after the transition into a dedicated store.

On September 1st 2009, Clikyz.Com relaunched it's social networking functionality and stayed in public beta for six months whilst demonstrating technology such as augmented reality before closing the social networking functionality once more.

Clikyz.Com began selling products at the concerts of music artists they promote during mid 2009. This lead on to merchandising for bands.
