TL;DR; I realized yesterday that I really had almost nothing in my gallery to prove that i can actually make things that are genuinely 'cute' instead of crazy or horrifying, so for the sake of having a wide (... proven) breadth of commissioning ability, I wanted to make something sparkly and adorable.
... I uh. I may also be a shameless Pokemon fan since Gen 1 and very, very excited about the newly released X and Y starters. I REGRET NOTHING. 8[
